Based on the case study, external research conducted on the company, and knowledge/concepts gained from the Project Management course, students will be responsible to complete a Project Management Plan which will be broken down to include various sections indicated below. ===== Project Final Paper ===== The project final paper, made by your team, must contain the following sections within it. ===== Part One: Regarding the case study from PMI ===== ^ Notes ^ | The answers to the following questions need to be informed by the topics discussed in the course and PMBOK. | | In this part, you need to explain topics **related to the case study**. The answers should not be too generic. The answers should unpack what came in the case study assigned to your group. Although some generic, background info. might be available on the Internet, they might not have anything to do with the case study. Then, please do not include them in this paper. | - Introduction: purpose of the project management plan, project approach, and background information if available. - Goals and Objectives: Business goals and objectives, project goals and objectives. - Lesson(s) Learned: Describe and expand on the lesson(s) learned by the involved organizations. Add details, images, or graphs from your PMBOK or other relevant resources if available. Please don’t simply rephrase the Lessons Learned section out of the case study. Some added value is required. ===== Part Two: Regarding your own team in this course (not the case study) ===== ^ Notes ^ | The answers to the following questions need to be informed by the topics discussed in the course and PMBOK. | | In this part, you are asked to explain how you completed this Assignment in your team, the role of your team members in the development and completion of the final paper you will submit, and so on. So, the following questions are not about the case study, nor are they about an imaginary team.
